DON'T WORRY, BE HAPPY

"listen to what i say in your life expect some trouble when you worry you make it double dont worry be happy be happy now"
That was what Bob Marley said in his song, Don't Worry, Be Happy. It is true that in life, we are expecting some trouble. That is how our life works out. If there is no trouble, our life would be dull and boring. There will be no spark in our life. Happiness can be gained through many things. Everyone deserve to have their own happiness even though the way they have their happiness might be different. There are easy ways to have the happiness, and it is for everyone. First way first is through remembering the moments you have experience before no matter who are you with. Even the simplest moment can make us laugh and smile when remembering it. When trouble comes, the easiest way to overcome the stress is by thinking back to those happy or funny moments you have experience before. Next, thinking positive. This can help you from getting angry. The positive aura will set you mind to think in a good way and make you becoming happy. Another thing you can do to gain happiness is to share your thought with your family, friends and even your love's one. Research have proved that people who share their feelings often with others are tend to be more happy than others who don't. So, always sharing the moment with the love's one can make you happier than ever. Listening to music also can help us to gain happiness and forget all of our worries. Music can calm and relax us from the stress. It can heal our worry and forget the problems that give impact to our life. So, no matter what we do, just set in our mind that be ''DON'T WORRY, BE HAPPY''. There are plenty of things that we can do to gain some sort of happiness and it is up to us on how to experience the happiness itself. Certain people will be happy if they do sports and some will be happy when they are eating. It is up to the individual to express their happiness as long as it is in a good ways. by Ain Fatehah.
